Teacher-to-Student
Ratio
At Milpitas Montessori School, we take pride in our small
teacher-to-student ratio. This allows our teachers to give
more individualized attention to students.
About
Our Teachers
The Milpitas Montessori teaching staff consists of carefully
selected, qualified teachers. Our head teachers are Montessori
trained and certified. Our assistant teachers hold a minimum
of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, but many of
our teaching staff holds advanced graduate degrees. All
of our teachers are certified in Infant/Child CPR and First
Aid. Low teacher turnover is important to ensuring consistent,
stable care for children, and our school has demonstrated
that year after year.
